We would like to welcome our two new brilliant researchers from KI, who are doing their internships with us at Schain Research.
Dr Sophia Miliara is a researcher at KI, investigating the molecular mechanisms of Acute Myeloid Leukemia development in order to design novel treatments, or repurpose existing drug options.
Shengxin Liu is a final year PhD student at the department of epidemiology and biostatistics at KI. Her research is focusing on the etiology and consequences of comorbidity between diabetes and psychiatric disorders and is mainly based on Swedish registers.
